WORK ACTIVITIES:
Kitchen renovation work is nearly complete, a few last touches with the MEP work and construction will be complete. Exterior railings were painted, handrails at new entrances are ready for installation. 
UPCOMING ACTIVITIES:
The last couple punchlist items and finishing touches are to be completed in August along with the landscaping.
