MONTHLY PROJECT UPDATES

WORK ACTIVITIES:
The Masonry work for the building has been completed except for the dividing wall in the stair tower. Earthwork was completed to grade for the egress stairways. Footings were pored and steel set for the stairs. The membrane roofing began and was completed by the end of the month over the gym. The steel in the stair tower was set and is ready for roofing and stair treads. Framing of the mezzanine floor was started and completed.

UPCOMING ACTIVITIES:
Framing of the mezzanine stairs will start early in the month. Installation of the membrane roof over the stair tower. HVAC work will begin with the hanging of the spiral duct in the gym and the setting of units. Insulation of the roof drains will start along with the running of the waterlines and gas lines for the building. Installation of the exterior doors will be done.
