MONTHLY PROJECT UPDATES
March 2019
WORK ACTIVITIES:
Classroom – The acoustical ceiling has been installed for the most part in the classroom addition. The carpet was installed and covered along with the rubber base. The concrete in the hallways and labs have been polished. MEPF trim out is underway. Finish paint work has started along with the punch list. Storefront doors and glazing has been installed. The hand rail was completed in the stairs.
Gym – The two east walls have been installed by the mason's. The slab has been prepped and graded for the vapor barrier and road base. The electrical conduit has been installed under the road base. The MEPF work has been completed in the concession area. Skylights have been installed in the wrestling area. The CMU in the wrestling room and concession areas has been sealed and block filling is underway

UPCOMING ACTIVITIES:
Classroom – MEP trim-out will continue. The final coat of paint will be applied. The Lab casework will be installed. The offices and electrical room grid will be finished. Final cleaning should begin on the second floor.
Gym – Slab will be poured early in the month. Once the slab has cured the MEPF rough-in will begin. Block filling and paint will continue. The openings in the masonry wall will be closed-up. The drywall for the office in the wrestling room and storage area will begin.
