MONTHLY PROJECT UPDATES
WORK ACTIVITIES: Water and sewer tie-in occurred the first week of October during Spud Harvest break. Curb and drain were installed at the track. Irrigation was run for the in-field of the track and the main line was completed around the job site. Curb and gutter were prepped and installed at the west stadium parking lot. Asphalt was laid at the west stadium parking lot. Underground electrical was run through the football field. Posts for the 4’ chain link fence around the football field were set in preparation for the ribbon curb. Walls for the home ticket, concessions, and visitor ticket offices were prepped and poured.
UPCOMING ACTIVITIES: Steel uprights for the home side grandstand will be installed early in the month in preparation for the CMU. Curbing for the north stadium parking lot will be set now that all storm drains in the parking lots have been set and completed. Asphalt for the north stadium parking lot is to be poured the second week of November. Prep and installation of curbing will take place around the middle of the month at 13th West. The subcontractor is set to arrive during the middle of the month and start installation of the track and stadium lights. The installation of the added field drain, at the bleachers, will begin at the end of the month. Curbing for the football field will begin at the North side of the field.
